FMCSA Offers ELD Mandate Learning Events in October

The ELD Mandate compliance date is rapidly approaching and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is offering several opportunities for carriers to ask questions and get clarification on the rule this month. Don’t miss the chance to hear straight from FMCSA on how to prepare.

Wednesday, October 11, 2017, and Thursday, October 12, 2017
FMCSA will be holding an event at the Davis Travel Center in Stony Creek, Virginia as part of their ELD Implementation National Tour. Representatives from FMCSA will be at the travel center to answer questions about ELD implementation and supply resources to help carriers get prepared.

A live webcast of the presentation and Q&A takes place on Wednesday, October 11th at 12:30 pm ET.

FMCSA offers two Hours of Service webinars and Q&A sessions this month with Tom Yager, Chief of the Driver and Carrier Operations Division, and Peter Chandler, Lead Transportation Specialist in the FMCSA Passenger Carrier Division.

Participants are encouraged to email their HOS-related questions ahead of the live webinar events.
